We are seeking a full-time housing support worker with start date by agreement. Sympati AB provides high-quality housing support services to over 950 people in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö. In addition to education in social work or care and welfare, we would like you to have the ability to work independently, be empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also welcome experience working in psychiatry or LSS. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.
