Hagastiftelsen's units Solhagen and Solgläntan are seeking two part-time staff members for our LSS residential homes Hagastiftelsen operates based on an anthroposophic humanistic perspective where respect, participation, and individual development are at the center. We offer support, care, and a meaningful everyday life for adults with autism and psychiatric co-occurring issues in a calm and nature-close environment. We are now seeking: 2 part-time staff members for our residential homes Work Tasks – The Residence The work involves providing support, service, and care to our residents based on individual implementation plans and applicable legislation. You work in a motivating and supportive manner to strengthen the residents' independence, participation, and quality of life in everyday life. Work tasks include, among other things: Support and guidance in ADL training and other daily activities. Motivating and supporting the residents in personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, and other household-related tasks. Maintenance of garden and outdoor environment together with the residents when the activity requires it. Planning and implementation of activities based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Documentation according to applicable legislation, guidelines, and the organization's procedures. Work hours include day, afternoon, evening, weekend, and night shifts, which means you need to be flexible and able to work varying hours. We are looking for you who: Have at least one to two years of experience working in care and support. Have education in care and support, nursing assistant education, or equivalent education. Have a genuine interest in working with people and respectful treatment. Are responsible, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. Can work independently and have good ability to plan and prioritize your work. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is an important part of the work. Have good computer skills. Knowledge of anthroposophy is meritorious but not required. Requirements A valid B driver's license is an absolute requirement for the position.
