We are now recruiting temporary staff for our children's homes Enebo and Fenix. About Årsta Gård Årsta Gård is located on the outskirts of Årsta in southern Stockholm. The facility offers adapted primary and secondary education with Waldorf pedagogical focus, and also provides residential care, short-term care, daily activities, and leisure services – according to LSS. About the Position Join the team at our children's homes Enebo and Fenix. Work varying hours, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and nights (overnight awake shifts) with children and young people with intellectual disabilities and significant care needs. Handle all household tasks and provide physical care support. Support and participate in leisure activities. Offer a safe and predictable environment by actively using alternative and augmentative communication aids (AAC/TAKK, picture support). Who Are You? You are studying to become a social worker, teacher, in healthcare and care, or similar – or are already qualified. Experience working with children and young people with ID diagnoses is a merit. Merit: low-affect interaction, picture support, and sign-assisted communication (TAKK) as well as Waldorf pedagogy. You are a safe and warm person with patience, communicate easily with others, and are solution-focused.
