We are looking for a housing coordinator – do you want to work close to people and make a real difference? Do you want to combine qualified social work with a warm and values-driven operation? With us you meet people in vulnerable life situations – but also motivation, willingness to change, and hope. As a housing coordinator, you get a key role where you both work closely with the individual and structure the work around them. You coordinate interventions, have contact with social services and authorities, and support staff in daily work. The role requires independence, confidence, and professional assessments – but also empathy and the ability to build trust.
Your role:
• Responsibility for monitoring housing and collaboration around the individual
• Contributing to structure, quality, and legal certainty
• Being a support for colleagues in social assessments
We are looking for someone who has:
• Degree in Social Work (180 credits) or equivalent academic degree
• Knowledge of social services and healthcare regulations
• Experience in social work
• Good documentation skills
• Confidence in meeting people in vulnerable life situations
• Category B driver's license
Merits:
• Experience in mission-driven operations
• Experience in coordination or management
• Knowledge of substance abuse issues and mental health problems
The position is full-time on-site at our three residences, with preferred start in autumn 2026.
About us:
We work based on Hela Människan's values – social and diaconal work on a Christian foundation.
