We look forward to your application! Job Duties You have a central role in care and support around the residents. The work is based on individual needs, implementation plans, and the facility's guidelines and goals. Your work tasks consist of helping residents with things they cannot manage themselves, for example hygiene, social community, meals, and possibly administering medication on delegation from a nurse. The work involves care, but with a strong focus on low-affective interaction, structure, and pedagogy. You create opportunities for them to live an active life based on their individual circumstances. You work in a team, and the work includes contact and collaboration with nurses, rehabilitation staff, and relatives/representatives, among others. Qualifications You have completed upper secondary education such as Care and Support Program, Children and Leisure Program, or other pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent, such as Social Educator. We would prefer that you have previous experience working with people with disabilities. You should have good skills in communicating and in reading and writing Swedish. We see that you are flexible, that you take responsibility and initiative in your work, and that you have good teamwork abilities. Since you work with people, good interaction, empathy, and a service-oriented approach are also important. More About the Positions Two permanent employment positions, full-time. We work according to a full/part-time model, which means full-time employment with the possibility to work part-time. Start date by agreement.
