Develop body functions and take technical ownership of the Body Controller in an international automotive environment with focus on the entire development chain. Do you want to develop next-generation body functions for the automotive industry? In this role, you'll combine function development with technical ECU ownership and work closely with development teams and external suppliers. You'll be an important part of the work from early concept to verified solution. About the role Work for an international player in the automotive industry. Respond for the development of body functions and a Body Controller. Act as the technical interface partner between development teams and suppliers. Contribute to features tailored for the European market. What you'll do Develop and maintain function concepts, specifications, and requirements for body functions. Take ECU ownership, including requirement coordination, release coordination, and deviation management. Follow up software and system issues in issue tracking systems. Support integration, testing, verification, and validation of functions and control units. Drive technical dialogues with suppliers and ensure delivery according to agreed requirements. What we're looking for At least five years of experience from the automotive industry. Experience with vehicle electrical systems, electrical architecture, or software development. Knowledge of ECU and vehicle software development processes. Good understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and practices within vehicle development. Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent. Technology & Tools SystemWeaver for requirements and systems management. JIRA for issue and deviation management. Teamcenter for product lifecycle management. CANoe and LDB for analysis, testing, and verification. Common office tools for documentation and collaboration.
