WORK TASKS Do you want to be part of creating Gävle's great straw goat? We are now looking for you who are engaged and handy, and who together with your colleagues will, among other things, tie approximately 20,000 knots to create Gävle's famous straw goat over approximately 6 weeks. Your work tasks include: • Tying straw mats that will then be used to cover the actual structure. • Under the guidance of the construction project manager, your work will vary between working independently and in a group. • Carefully following instructions and safety procedures. • Completing work assignments by the set deadline. • Exposed to dust from straw. • Heavy lifting. Working hours are scheduled, primarily on weekdays and during daytime. Weekend work during possible events may occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are practically minded. • Have upper secondary education with a practical focus or professional experience that the employer deems relevant for the position. It is an advantage if you have: • Experience with similar work tasks. To succeed in the role, you have: • An unpretentious approach to your collaboration with colleagues, citizens, and other stakeholders. • Adaptability to different situations and a positive attitude. • The ability to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. • Previously handled various tools and are practically minded. The position involves heavy lifting. Interviews will take place during weeks 33 and 34 at Sätravallen. Employment form: Time-limited employment.
