About the position
As a cantilever press operator, you will work with bending sheet metal in modern cantilever presses. You are responsible for setting up the machine, reading drawings and ensuring that every detail meets high quality standards.
Your work tasks will include:
Setting up and operating the cantilever press.
Reading drawings and programming as needed.
Measuring and quality controlling manufactured parts.
Material handling.
Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient production flow.
Participation in the company's improvement work.
We are looking for you
We would like to see that you have experience with cantilever pressing or other sheet metal processing in the manufacturing industry. You are thorough, quality-conscious and enjoy practical work where precision is crucial.
We believe you have:
Experience working as a cantilever press operator or similar industrial background.
Good experience in reading and interpreting drawings.
Technical interest and a solution-oriented working approach.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have:
A forklift license.
Experience with programming and setting up cantilever presses.
A reach truck license.
