We are seeking a Biomedical Analyst or Nurse for the Lab in Säffle. Your Workplace Laboratory Medicine in the Arvika and Säffle area offers a broad and varied range of activities within clinical chemistry and transfusion medicine. Laboratory Medicine in the Arvika and Säffle area has over 30 employees. In Säffle, 8 employees work, including both biomedical analysts and assistant nurses. Within clinical chemistry, analysis work, sample collection, and functional examinations are performed at the hospital laboratory in Arvika and in primary care laboratories in Eda, Säffle, Verkstaden, and Årjäng. Within transfusion medicine, blood collection and serological examinations are conducted. Your Responsibilities The position is based at the health center in Säffle, and work in primary care in the Arvika area and surrounding region will occur. We offer you a responsible, developmental, and exciting role in clinical chemistry and transfusion medicine. Analysis work is carried out with quality and workflow efficiency as important components. Your tasks are varied and include handling instruments, evaluating analysis results, sample collection, and blood collection. Working hours are Monday through Friday, day shift. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you as a licensed biomedical analyst or nurse. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speaking and writing. Due to work-related travel, a Class B driver's license is considered advantageous, but not required. The work requires that you are thorough, well-organized, and have good communication skills. You enjoy working on change and development projects. You are flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
