Service Information Professionals Nord is once again launching this successful program in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Ventilation Technicians. During the introduction period via Satellite Group, you develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of Ventilation Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Information about the Introduction Period The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical elements to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period you develop within areas such as: Materials and components Drawings and system understanding Assembly and installation Building processes, projects and contracting Planning, working environment and safety Digital tools and documentation We offer the opportunity for study support throughout the introduction period. Service Information The role as a ventilation technician in Kiruna involves a free and varied day with great personal responsibility. You work with assembly, installation and adaptation of ventilation systems in various types of projects – from construction contracts and industrial environments to service assignments and urban transformation in the Kiruna area. You plan much of your own work, collaborate with other professions and maintain contact with both colleagues and customers. You become part of a secure team with good atmosphere and good development opportunities in a stable industry. The role suits you if you enjoy practical work, problem-solving and freedom within responsibility. We are Looking for You Who Are at least 18 years old Have completed upper secondary education Have a strong interest in making a career change to Ventilation Technician Hold a category B driving license Speak and write fluent Swedish and English Have passed required tests (MAP & Matrigma) Have passed background check We believe that you who are applying are responsible, initiative-taking and enjoy freedom within responsibility. You are practically minded, solution-oriented and have interest in construction, technology and assembly. You work carefully with focus on quality, safety and precision.
