About Us We provide Mälardalen with excavation transport and offer both external and internal services within transport and machinery services. We are in an expansion phase and currently operate two recycling facilities for gravel and concrete products. In Kassmyra, we have scale administration, sales staff, and a facilities manager working alongside our drivers who handle deliveries and material pickups. About the Role As a transport manager, you hold a key position in the business and are responsible for planning and optimizing our daily transports. You are the lynchpin ensuring that the right resources are in the right place—at the right time. Your Tasks Plan and lead daily transport operations Maintain ongoing contact with customers and colleagues Manage invoicing related to transport Ensure efficient and smooth operations in daily work A Typical Workday The position is based on-site in Kassmyra, weekdays 07:00–16:00. Most of the day involves transport management, where you plan routes and handle ongoing changes. Invoicing is also an important part of the work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is: Service-oriented and outgoing Structured and thorough Good at prioritizing in a dynamic environment Solution-oriented and comfortable with responsibility Requirements: Class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle Experience from the construction industry Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Merits: Experience in transport management Knowledge of Mobilast Experience with invoicing Lotuskoncernen Lotuskoncernen is Sweden's leading player in demolition, transport, and construction.
