We are seeking temporary staff for preschools, elderly care, and services for people with disabilities. HERE ARE YOUR WORK TASKS As a temporary staff member with us, you step in where the need is greatest at the moment. Your work tasks are adapted based on which operation you work in, but may include: Support, care, and education: Provide personal care, be a reliable support in daily life, or participate in the preschool's educational and playful activities. Service and customer service: Provide warm and professional interaction with children, users, family members, and colleagues. Practical tasks and structure: Help with meals, activities, simple kitchen and cleaning tasks, and ensure that daily routines run smoothly. Collaboration and communication: Work with regular staff, follow established procedures, and if needed, contribute with simple documentation or handovers. Your working hours will vary. You may work days, evenings, weekends, and nights. FOR THIS ROLE, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU: Are at least 18 years old. Have a strong command of Swedish in speech and writing. Have good computer skills. Can provide an extract from the criminal records register if we ask for it. WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY: Secondary education, preferably in childcare or as a nursing assistant Driving license category B Experience. YOUR PERSONAL QUALITIES We believe you are someone who adapts easily when you come to a new workplace or meet new people.
