AniCura Strängnäs Djurklinik We are an established clinic with approximately 12 engaged and competent employees who together create a workplace characterized by community, joy at work, and care. We offer qualified veterinary care in surgery, medical investigations, dental care, preventive health care, and emergency care. Today, a wonderful team works with us consisting of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal care staff who all share the same passion – to provide our patients with the best possible care and our customers with professional and warm treatment. About the Role As a receptionist, you are the clinic's face to the outside world and a central part of our operations. You meet our customers and patients with warmth, professionalism, and engagement, while ensuring that the daily flow at the clinic runs smoothly. Your work tasks will include, among other things: Customer reception and service at the front desk. Booking and administration of patient visits. Handling phone calls and emails. Administrative tasks related to patient flow. Collaboration with veterinarians and animal care staff to create the best possible experience for our patients and their owners. The role is varied, social, and suits you if you enjoy having many points of contact and appreciate a fast pace. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who are passionate about service, have a genuine interest in animals, and enjoy working together with others. We would like to see that you have: Experience working at an animal clinic or animal hospital and thus an understanding of the operations' workflows. Experience in service and customer interaction. Good computer skills and preferably experience with the PVC patient management system. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have training in veterinary care, such as being a veterinary assistant. As a person, you are: Positive and engaged. Service-oriented and empathetic.
