JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Make a difference this fall and secure your summer job next year 2027 by becoming a care and support temporary worker in Marks Municipality! We are looking for you who want to work with people and are interested in important and varied work. Work that means you will meet people who need your help, your support, and your engagement. As a temporary worker, you become a valuable and important part that helps keep the entire community running. You become meaningful to people of different ages and will provide support to both men and women with personal care, in meal situations, and promote their social contacts. You are an important resource for other people, so it requires that you have a genuine interest in and enjoy working with people. The Staffing Unit in Marks Municipality recruits and coordinates temporary workers in care and support within the following operations: • Elderly Care - Care and Support Housing & Home Care Services • Support Services/LSS - Group Housing, Service Housing & Personal Assistance • Social Psychiatry Our operations run 24/7, every day of the week, so you will work day, evening, and weekend shifts. Some positions also include night work. To be eligible as a temporary worker, you must be available for work for most of the fall. This is because continuity is important for our service users, so we will prioritize you if you can work for most of fall 2026. Recruiting of temporary workers occurs continuously during fall 2026. QUALIFICATIONS You who are applying must have: • Reached 18 years of age - This is because we follow the Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3, § 9-12). • Great engagement, are service-oriented, confident as a person, empathetic, and loyal. • Good ability to collaborate and good judgment. • Ability to take your own responsibility and work independently. • Good computer and mobile device skills. • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if: • You have completed or are currently studying in a 3-year upper secondary school nursing care program or children and leisure program. • You have previous experience of work in care and support. • You have previous experience with delegated health and medical care tasks such as medication delegation. • You have a B driving license and cycling experience.
