SERVICE TEAM MEMBER WANTED FOR KUNGSBACKA – 85% POSITION – BECOME AN IMPORTANT PART OF HEMFRID'S TEAM Do you enjoy varied work where you can combine service, quality and responsibility? Hemfrid is now looking for a Service Team Member in Kungsbacka and the surrounding areas. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your cleaning experience while supporting both customers and colleagues in daily operations. As a Service Team Member, you'll become an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You'll experience a varied workday where no two days are quite the same. You'll perform various types of cleaning assignments while supporting our field staff. Your tasks may include: • Initial cleanings • Deep cleanings • Window cleaning • Covering shifts as needed • Quality inspections • Training new employees when required • Key management when needed The work is primarily based in Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. When needed, you may also support nearby regions. Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone with home cleaning experience who takes pride in quality work. You're confident in your professional role and can independently plan and execute various cleaning assignments. To succeed in this role, we'd like you to be: • Detail-oriented and quality-conscious • Experienced in home cleaning • Comfortable working both independently and with others • Responsible and solution-oriented • Professional and service-minded • Flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations • Hold a valid B driving license • Experience in deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and window cleaning is advantageous Apply today!
