We are now seeking future medical device technicians for a unique introductory program together with an innovative and rapidly growing medical technology company in Stockholm. You don't need prior experience. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, a technical interest, and a willingness to learn. Through the onboarding program, you will gain the knowledge and practical training needed to quickly become confident in the role.
Information About the Introductory Program
The program has been developed together with our client to give you the right conditions to succeed as a medical device technician. The program alternates between theory and practical exercises with guidance in a realistic production environment. You will learn step by step the technical tasks, work methods, and quality requirements needed to work with assembly of advanced medical technology equipment. After completing the introductory program, you will begin work with our client, where you become part of production and work with assembly, testing, and quality control of advanced medical technology equipment.
The introductory program has been developed together with our client to give you the right conditions to succeed in your role as a medical device technician. The program combines shorter theory sessions with practical exercises and guidance in a realistic production environment. You will learn step by step the technical tasks, work methods, and quality requirements needed to work with advanced medical technology assembly. During the introductory program, you will develop knowledge in, among other things:
Technical assembly and production
Blueprint reading and work instructions
Handling of tools and technical components
Quality work and meticulous work methods
Testing, documentation, and traceability
Work methods and processes in modern medical technology manufacturing
After completing the introductory program, you will have the knowledge and practical skills required to work as a medical device technician.
About the Position
After the introductory program, you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant with our client for at least 10 months. The goal is then for your employment to be transferred to the client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. As a medical device technician, you will become part of an engaged team working with assembly of advanced products in a modern production environment. The work is characterized by quality, precision, and close collaboration with colleagues in production and engineering. Your work tasks will include:
Assembling mechanical, precision mechanical, and electronic components
Working with cable routing and electrical connections
Reading blueprints and work instructions
Performing quality inspections and functional tests
Documenting your work according to established quality requirements
Contributing to a structured and meticulous work approach in production
We Are Looking For You Who
Are at least 18 years old
Have a strong interest in technology and enjoy hands-on work
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Are meticulous and thrive working in a structured manner
Enjoy both independent work and team collaboration
It Is an Asset If You Have:
A technical upper secondary education
Built computers, electronics, engines, or similar in your spare time

Recruitment Process

Candidates who proceed to the final stage will undergo a background check, including a criminal records check and a credit inquiry, according to the client's internal guidelines.
