Your Responsibilities As Supplier Relations Development Lead, you will have a central role in developing and optimizing our collaborations with suppliers and transport partners. You will work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure high quality, cost-effectiveness, delivery precision, and sustainable solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: Monitor, analyze, and develop supplier performance based on defined KPIs. Drive and coordinate transport procurement. Evaluate suppliers and transport solutions based on business needs, quality, capacity, cost, and sustainability. Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement, and initiate relevant actions. Follow up on agreements, service levels, and cost development. Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers and transport partners. Drive improvement initiatives and development projects together with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute with analyses, reporting, and decision-making materials linked to supplier performance and logistics flows. Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to support business objectives. Contribute to the development of processes, ways of working, and strategies within Supplier Management. Qualifications We believe you have: Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. Experience in supplier management, sourcing, transport procurement, or similar roles. Experience in supplier follow-up and KPI management. Good understanding of logistics and transport flows. Experience with analysis, reporting, and data-driven improvement work. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Good system proficiency and experience with Excel and reporting tools. Meritorious Experience from the transport or logistics industry. Experience with strategic supplier work and contract negotiations. Experience with BI tools and data analytics. Experience with sustainability work linked to supplier or transport chains.
