We are now seeking two personal assistants for temporary positions at 60–70% through December 2026. These roles are perfect for you if you want to work closely with a person and make a real difference in their daily life. The client lives in her own apartment in central Karlstad. The work includes support with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, as well as accompanying her to medical appointments, rehabilitation, leisure activities, and family visits. Your workplace is where the client is located. The client has cerebral palsy, which means she has limited speech ability and uses a wheelchair. She also has epilepsy and diabetes and therefore needs continuous support and supervision. Communication is facilitated through Tobii (eye-tracking technology), among other methods. Responsibilities · Personal care · Dressing and undressing · Mobility assistance · Training and activation · Support at home and during activities outside the residence We Are Looking for You If You are a positive, flexible, patient, and attentive person who enjoys working with people. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and good personal chemistry. You need to have a strong command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
