Scope and Working Hours
We're now seeking three nursing assistants for Björkhaga in Slöinge. The employment level for these positions is 75–90%. Work is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Salary: To be agreed upon; other compensation will be in accordance with the collective agreement.
Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Job Description
As a nursing assistant at Humana Björkhaga, you'll have varied work where you, among other things, plan and conduct weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You'll document daily and handle any incidents. Together with colleagues, you'll divide tasks and communicate with health and care personnel such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.
Examples of tasks:
• Be a contact person and manage your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans
• Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans
• Receive medication delegation from registered nurses
• Conduct enjoyable activities
• Manage documents and incident reports
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is a team player – a person who takes responsibility and enjoys working both independently and as part of a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you're not afraid to take initiative. You're experienced with documentation and use quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it's important that you're a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.
We're looking for someone who:
• Is trained as a nursing assistant or has equivalent work experience
• Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Has a genuine interest in working with people
• Is responsible, attentive, and enjoys working as part of a team
• Wants to contribute to a good work environment and high-quality care
It's a merit if you have:
• Experience working in elderly care or home care services
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience working in privately operated services
