Job Duties We are now seeking trained childcare workers interested in longer-term temporary positions within preschool operations in Kungälv Municipality. As a childcare worker, you will be part of the daily care of children ages 1–5 years. You will create a safe and stimulating environment, support children in their routines, and be a role model in their play and learning, both indoors and outdoors. Together with your colleagues and the children at the preschool, you will work with and follow the operations' governing documents, where we place great focus on children's learning and development. For us, it is important that you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child as well as the entire group. Working hours will vary between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: Completed upper secondary education from a Child and Recreation program. Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of mobile and computer use. Ability to work 100% for at least 3–4 months. Ability to work varying hours between 6 AM–6 PM on weekdays. Driver's license and access to a car required for some of the temporary positions at preschools in the municipality's outer areas. Must be able to provide a valid extract from the criminal record register for schools and preschools, School Work | Swedish Police Authority Meritorious: Previous experience working with children, either through internships or previous employment. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. What does our recruitment process look like? Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period based on the operations' needs. You must provide two supervisor references, one of which should be your current or most recent supervisor, or alternatively a previous manager. Do you have no previous work experience?
