We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the city's nightlife scene and work in a fun and positive environment. You are outgoing and enjoy working directly with guests to create a pleasant atmosphere. No prior experience required—we train our own croupiers from the ground up. We offer at least four weekend evenings per month, which equals approximately 20 hours. Opportunities to work weekdays and additional weekend evenings beyond this may be available. Cherry is affiliated with Visita and operates under a collective bargaining agreement. We offer compensation according to the current agreement. Starting salary from 161 kr per hour, depending on previous experience in the profession. In addition to base salary, you receive compensation for unsociable hours, commission, and vacation pay. Your salary is also pension-qualifying. Working as a Blackjack dealer is a very exciting job that works well for those who are studying or need a side job. Since Cherry Spelglädje operates throughout Sweden from Kiruna to Ystad, you can conveniently take the job with you if you move to another location.
