You will become an important part of the health center's management and work closely with the operations manager, MLA, and engaged colleagues to together create a well-functioning and development-oriented operation. About the Role As an assistant operations manager, you are close to daily operations. You support and develop employees, contribute to structure and work environment, and help drive the business forward. The role is combined with clinical practice based on your profession, for example as a nurse, district nurse, or physician. You thus get the opportunity to continue being close to patients while developing your experience in management and operations development.
