As Assistant Operations Manager, you will enter at an early and crucial stage where you, together with the Operations Manager and other team members, will help shape the operation's structure, culture, and working methods. Where you will work: Harvestad is a newly opened specialized residential facility specializing in dementia care with 80 places. Build Harvestad with us As Assistant Operations Manager, you will have a central role in Harvestad's startup and establishment phase. Together with the Operations Manager, you will lead, develop, and follow up on the operation and create good conditions for staff to provide high-quality care. An important part of your assignment will be to: - Be part of building the operation's structure, routines, and working methods. - Contribute to creating a secure, inclusive, and positive workplace culture. - Strengthen collaboration and participation in the new work teams. - Ensure that routines and working methods become well anchored in daily work. - Contribute to present leadership, a good work environment, and systematic quality work. - Create security and continuity for residents, relatives, and staff during the operation's first period. You work closely with the Operations Manager and will be an important person in the work of shaping Harvestad into a well-functioning operation where both residents and staff thrive. You report directly to the Operations Manager and are expected to be an active and contributing part of the operation's management team. Qualifications and experience We are looking for you who have: - Higher education and/or university education, e.g., nurse, social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent. - Experience in elderly care - Good knowledge and experience of work and reporting in various support systems, e.g., journal, planning, and payroll systems. - If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates of the above education. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency. Merits It is a merit if you have experience in leadership or experience of leading and experience of operations run in the private sector.
