Here you will have an important role where you, together with the Operations Manager, lead and develop the operations while contributing to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents. Where you will work Bantorget is a senior living facility in a central location in Linköping, just a stone's throw from the walking path along Stångån. About the role As a temporary Assistant Operations Manager, you work closely with the Operations Manager and have a key role in the daily management of the operations. You help create the right conditions for employees to deliver high-quality care and actively contribute to the continued development of the operations. In the role you will, among other things: support the Operations Manager in daily operations and business development lead, coach and develop employees work with quality, work environment and improvement initiatives follow up on goals, routines and results contribute to good collaboration with residents, relatives and the client be an active part of the operations management team. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: higher education or university degree, for example nurse, social worker, behavioral scientist or other relevant education at least two years of experience leading employees and teams good experience working with various operations, journal, planning and payroll systems good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you proceed in the process, we will ask you to provide your diploma and other relevant certificates. Other information The position is a temporary role for 12 months, with good opportunities for extension. Before a possible employment, you need to provide a valid extract from the Police's criminal record register. We will also verify that you have the right to work in Sweden through, for example, a Swedish passport or valid work permit.
