We're now seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for home care services and Harad accommodations. Learn more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden About the Position As Assistant Operations Manager, you'll have a key role in supporting and developing operations together with the Operations Manager, unit managers, and other support functions. The role combines operational development, financial monitoring, and leadership with a strong focus on quality and operational management. A large part of the work involves analyzing operations through key metrics, statistics, and monitoring to ensure that operations have the right staffing and conditions to fulfill its mission. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and financial officer to monitor operational results, identify deviations, and drive improvement measures. You'll have personnel responsibility and simultaneously serve as support to unit managers in their daily work. The role involves coaching leadership where you help managers develop working methods, create good conditions for employees, and achieve operational goals. During the Operations Manager's absence, you'll serve as Acting Operations Manager and be responsible for overall operational management. The position also includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also prepare materials, reports, and presentations for the board and other decision-making forums. The role is therefore suitable for you if you thrive in a politically governed operation and understand how governance, monitoring, and development work together. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Requirements for the position: At least three years of higher education or university education in areas such as economics, law, social sciences, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer Experience with operational monitoring, analysis, and development work Good ability to work with statistics, key metrics, and financial monitoring Experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders Good digital skills and experience working with different systems Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written As a person, you're analytical and enjoy working with data, monitoring, and key metrics to create understanding of operational needs. You have a structured working approach and the ability to see both details and the bigger picture, while being proactive and driven in identifying improvement areas and implementing them into concrete actions. The role requires you to be communicative and have a talent for building trusting relationships, as you'll collaborate with many different functions both internally and externally. You're confident in supporting and coaching managers in their work, have a solution-oriented approach, and thrive in an operation where collaboration and development are in focus.
