Personnel Management and FinancesAs Assistant Sales Manager, you support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the station's employees, as well as keeping track of finances and other administrative tasks. Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesWhen the Sales Manager is away, you run the station and ensure operations run smoothly. As Assistant Sales Manager, you work in shifts with varying schedule lengths and times throughout the day. This is a full-time position at 38.25 hours per week. The station is open weekdays between 06:00 - 22:00 and weekends between 08:00 - 22:00. Start date is by agreement. As an Assistant Sales Manager with us, you receive a monthly salary based on your previous service experience, supported by our collective agreement. For full-time work, the salary is 30,746–34,626 kr/month, and you'll also receive extra compensation for work on public holidays, weekends, evenings, and nights.
