Job Description
We are now seeking an engaged and well-organized Assistant Principal for Finnstaskolan in Upplands-Bro Municipality.
As Assistant Principal, you are responsible for the school's after-school program and have personnel responsibility for parts of the staff. You are part of the school's leadership team and work closely with the Principal to drive operations forward. You are part of the school's student welfare team.
Your personal qualities are important to us, and we will place great emphasis on them. We would like to see that you have a relationship-oriented approach and leadership based on trust and commitment combined with clarity and courage.
We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant higher education, for example in pedagogy or other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Previous leadership experience through, for example, work team leader, development leader, or lead teacher, preferably within school or other educational activities.
- Experience with scheduling
- Good knowledge of the Education Act and other relevant governing documents.
- Ability to build good relationships and communicate clearly with students, staff, and guardians
- Good organizational ability and experience working with administrative processes
- Ability to contribute to development and change work in a school environment
- Completed or ongoing principal training is a merit

About the Position
The position is a permanent position at 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
