You are part of the school's management team and are responsible for planning, following up on, and developing operations at Fredriksborgskolan F-6 together with the Principal. You will have personnel responsibility for part of the staff and will substitute for the Principal during their absence. The position includes administrative leadership work regarding personnel, work environment, and quality assurance. You will also actively participate in the school's student welfare and safety initiatives. Your responsibilities also include leading, inspiring, and engaging staff to jointly develop the pedagogical activities. We believe that our differences are our strength and value an inclusive approach where different experiences and perspectives contribute to the organization's development. Qualifications We are looking for someone with pedagogical higher education, teacher certification, and work experience from preschool class, after-school care, or elementary school. Experience leading development projects or other processes, or having started or completed principal training, is meriting. Through an open and inviting approach, you create engagement, participation, and trust. Since close collaboration with students, guardians, and staff is required, strong collaboration skills are essential. To thrive in this role, you need to be solution-focused, self-directed, and resourceful, as well as willing to make decisions. You also need to be responsible and committed to following through on what you start.
