Kraftsam Rekrytering & Bemanning is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager Infrastructure for Fortifikationsverket for a long-term and socially important consulting assignment in the Stockholm area. This assignment is a consulting engagement with planned start in Q4 2026 until approximately 2035. Work hours: Full-time About the CompanyFortifikationsverket is a state agency tasked with managing properties and facilities intended for Sweden's defense. The agency is responsible for one of the country's largest real estate portfolios and operates throughout the nation. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager Infrastructure for a long-term and socially important consulting assignment in the Stockholm area. You will support the project manager and project organization through all project phases, from early planning and detailed planning work to design, procurement, and implementation of extensive construction and infrastructure initiatives. Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will, among other things: Participate in preparatory work, planning, design, monitoring, and construction. Participate in procurements and serve as the client's representative. Act as contact person with design managers and design teams during the design phase. Collaborate with construction managers and contractors during the construction phase. Participate in the development of detailed plans and planning of roads, surfaces, and technical infrastructure. Contribute to the design of infrastructure, buildings, and port facilities. Participate in extensive construction procurement and the implementation of construction contracts. Required Qualifications We see that you meet all of the following mandatory requirements: 1 At least three-year architect and/or technical degree at university level, four-year technical secondary education, or two-year technical vocational education, or equivalent competence. 2 Experience with major developments including infrastructure work. 3 Experience with the detailed planning process. 4 At least 10 years of professional experience in project management or assistant project management within infrastructure. 5 Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing. 6 Reference assignments completed within the last 10 years that include development projects within infrastructure with contract values exceeding 300 Mkr. 7 Experience from projects that have included both detailed planning work and development. 8 Experience as principal project manager or assistant project manager in consulting assignments. Desirable Qualifications1 Experience with port construction projects. 2 Experience working within protected facilities.
