We warmly welcome your application! About the Operation Neuropsychiatric Clinic Hagsätra offers specialized care for adults with neuropsychiatric conditions. We work with assessment, treatment, and follow-up in close collaboration with patients, relatives, and other healthcare providers. An operation in development: The clinic is entering an expansive phase where we will broaden our mission to meet the needs of other patient groups. At the end of 2026, we will move to new, modern facilities in the Globen area, which provides additional opportunities to shape the operation for the future. We are looking for someone who: - Has a license for a profession within health and medical care - Has solid experience in psychiatric outpatient care as well as interest and experience working with effective patient flows and productivity - Is structured and experienced in working systematically, with the ability to manage and plan care processes efficiently - Is independent, takes responsibility, and clearly contributes to the operation's development - Has good collaboration skills, is flexible, and can use your communication skills to contribute to change management in the unit We place great importance on personal suitability. Previous management and leadership experience is a merit. Duties The position is a permanent employment in your base profession with a trust assignment of approximately 50% as Assistant Unit Manager, which can be extended. Start date by agreement. In your base profession, you will work with customary duties at a general psychiatric outpatient clinic. In your role as Assistant Unit Manager with us, you will, among other things: - Work together with the Unit Manager for efficient patient flow and to ensure the unit reaches its goals and delivers results - Work evidence-based in accordance with current process maps for Stockholm County healthcare region - Develop and renew work methods and through your actions be a role model for our employees - Be responsible for introducing students, physicians in training, and new staff members - Together with the Unit Manager coach, motivate, support, and develop employees in their daily work - Take over the Unit Manager's responsibilities during their absence What can we offer you?
