We are looking for someone who: - Has a license for a profession within health and medical care - Has solid experience in psychiatric outpatient care as well as interest and experience working with effective patient flows and productivity - Is structured and experienced in working systematically, with the ability to manage and plan care processes efficiently - Is independent, takes responsibility, and clearly contributes to the operation's development - Has good collaboration skills, is flexible, and can use your communication skills to contribute to change management in the unit We place great importance on personal suitability. Duties The position is a permanent employment in your base profession with a trust assignment of approximately 50% as Assistant Unit Manager, which can be extended. Start date by agreement. In your base profession, you will work with customary duties at a general psychiatric outpatient clinic.
