About the Position As assistant unit manager at Department 61, you combine clinical work with administrative and management duties. You work closely with our unit managers who operate in shared leadership. You have a central role in the daily operations regarding staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and planning. The position involves 50% administrative work and 50% clinical work as a registered nurse on the department. You lead and develop staff competence, initiate improvement work, and ensure safe, secure, and quality care. For us, collaboration, clear communication, and participation are important. What We're Looking For You are a licensed registered nurse with at least five years of experience in clinical work within somatic inpatient care. You have a genuine interest in leadership, pedagogy, and quality development. Previous experience with change management, improvement projects, or supervision is a merit.
