The department has 16 care beds + 2 BIVA beds (intensive addiction care beds) + 5 TNE beds (detoxification beds). Responsibilities As assistant unit manager, you will lead change and development initiatives, support the unit manager in work with routines and instructions for the department and other administrative tasks. You will participate in recruitment processes. You will work closely with the unit manager. Some clinical work is included in the role. The goal of the position is to create conditions in the operation to drive quality improvement of clinical work and coordination regarding patient flow and care processes in accordance with decisions made. The appointment as assistant unit manager is for one year. Responsibility for staff, work environment, and budget rests with the unit manager and is not included in this role. Qualifications Licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialization in psychiatric nursing. We particularly value strong collaboration skills and social competence. Experience with development work or previous experience in similar roles is a merit. About the Position: Permanent employment in your primary profession with an appointment as assistant unit manager for 1 year. The primary employment involves day/evening/weekend shifts (38.15 hours/week), but during the appointment period, working hours are 40 hours per week on a straight schedule. About the Operation Specialist psychiatry operations are centralized in Örebro.
