About the Assignment We are seeking a social services case manager for our client in Western Götaland for a consulting assignment starting September 28 and running through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The position is 100% full-time and work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. You will work within elderly care performing standard public administration for individuals in need of services. The work is primarily on-site, with the possibility of remote work by agreement with your responsible manager. Your Responsibilities In your role as a social services case manager, you will work independently with public administration in elderly care according to the Social Services Act. You will, among other things: - Investigate the need for services within elderly care. - Make decisions in accordance with current delegation ordinances. - Follow up on approved services. - Compile investigations and formulate decisions. - Document and record according to operational requirements. - Work in accordance with the Social Services Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Freedom of the Press and Secrecy Act. - Collaborate with colleagues and internal and external partners. - Work according to operational guidelines, routines, and service offerings. Your Qualifications - Degree in social work. - At least four years of experience in case management within elderly care. - Experience in public administration within elderly care during the past four years, as an employee or consultant. - Strong knowledge of the Social Services Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Freedom of the Press and Secrecy Act. - Excellent ability to document, record, compile investigations, and formulate decisions. - Good knowledge of healthcare and elderly care. - Experience with the Combine management system. - Good computer skills and digital competence. - Valid driver's license (Category B). - Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with others. - Excellent Swedish in both speech and writing. - Ability to work throughout the entire assignment period. - Ability to provide two separate relevant reference assignments from the past two years demonstrating experience with similar assignments. You must be able to provide an excerpt from the suspicion and criminal record registry before the assignment begins. The excerpt must not be older than two months.
