Welcome to us With us, you'll become part of the Procurement Department for Disabilities/Social Psychiatry, which consists of 33 case handlers, including one outreach worker. The operations are led by three unit managers and one area manager. Your role As a social worker and support services coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work with the individual at the center and make a real difference in people's daily lives. The role is both meaningful, varied, and developmental. You work with adults who need support services in their daily lives. With the individual's needs in focus, you investigate the need for services according to LSS and SoL and follow up on decided services. The assignment includes meeting the individual and their family members as well as collaborating with other actors to create good conditions for appropriate support. You'll also become part of the unit's development work and contribute to developing the operations. Investigation work is carried out with the support of the investigation and follow-up system DUR. You're responsible for conducting legally secure investigations and for writing statements based on current legislation and legal practice. Your competence and experience For this position, you must have: Social work degree Experience with support assessment/target groups Very good computer skills Very good knowledge of Swedish both in writing and speech. It's advantageous if you have: Experience with Stockholm City - Paraply and DUR Knowledge of MI, motivational conversations As a person, you're secure, flexible, structured, clear, and enjoy collaborating.
