Office Administrator

Your main responsibilities: support the management team in organizing daily work; organize in-person and remote meetings (MS Teams) and record their proceedings; monitor and develop internal communication channels, ensuring structured information exchange; maintain data, prepare presentations, and track deadlines for decisions and task completion; administer state fee payments in accordance with regulatory requirements. What we expect from you: higher education; experience gained over the last 5 years in office management, record-keeping, customer service, or a field related to environmental education; excellent digital skills (MS Office 365) and the ability to quickly learn new systems; ability to visualize information and create modern presentations; strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to communicate effectively; positive, open-minded approach and ability to collaborate successfully with diverse people.
