Clinical Physiology in Örnsköldsvik is a workplace with approximately 8 employees and several cardiologists. We perform clinical physiological examinations for the hospital and primary care in Örnsköldsvik. Several examinations are conducted in collaboration with the cardiology clinic, for example exercise ECG, echocardiography of the heart, and arrhythmia diagnostics, such as long-term ECG recording. In addition, EEG, peripheral circulation examinations, spirometry, sleep recordings and 24-hour blood pressure measurements are performed. The hospital's pacemaker operations also originate from clinical physiology. We constantly work to improve and develop our operations as quality and patient safety are important to us. The position is a temporary contract, full-time, starting 2026-09-01 through 2027-02-28. Job Responsibilities Perform examinations such as exercise tests and EEG. Receive and prepare patients for examinations such as echocardiography. Connect and disconnect equipment and provide information about examinations that are subsequently performed at the patient's home. Develop competence to interpret long-term ECG and similar recordings. Handle healthcare administration at the clinic, for example booking visits. Participate in care hygiene management on the unit.
