Job Description We are seeking biomedical analysts or biologists who want to contribute and develop within our operations. Introduction and training will be adapted based on your educational and professional background to provide the best possible introduction for both you and the operation. Together with your direct manager, you will set personal goals that benefit both you and the operation. Supervision of students from Linköping University is also a natural part of our operations. Work shifts vary and can be scheduled for day/evening/night/weekend work, which gives you variety in your tasks. It is an advantage if you are willing to work nights. Experience with laboratory work is an advantage but not a requirement. Introduction and training will be adapted based on your educational and professional background. As a person, you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and organized, and you can prioritize your work in an efficient and thorough manner. The work requires you to be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You have good collaboration skills and are expected to be engaged, take initiative, and work with your colleagues to help develop the operation.
