JOB DUTIES Biomedical analysts work with us, along with colleagues in other professions such as physicians, laboratory assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, and engineers. You will be part of a cohesive team but work independently with responsibility for your placement. As a biomedical analyst with us, you will work with, among other things: • handling analysis results using digital solutions • instrument maintenance and troubleshooting • optimization of our automated workflows • continuous improvement and quality assurance. You prioritize various tasks, maintain schedules, and understand that behind every test there's a patient in need of your expertise. Because we have a large work group, it's essential that you can work with others in a responsive and flexible manner. Our handovers require good collaboration, and with your communication skills you ensure your colleagues also have the right conditions to do good work. Furthermore, we'd like you to be comfortable adapting to changing circumstances, as our work tasks may need to be reprioritized at short notice. Finally, we'd like to see that you're confident in yourself and dare to ask for help when you need it—we work closely and are there for each other. Personal suitability is highly valued. In your role as a biomedical analyst you should: • be a licensed biomedical analyst or possess other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent • have good Swedish language skills in speech and writing and have a passing grade in Swedish at minimum C1 level.
