Guests come to us for a social and pleasant escape in their everyday lives with fun bingo games. All of our surplus goes to the association community, which makes our work very meaningful. BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today we operate multiple bingo halls throughout Sweden, with our headquarters located in Karlstad. Job Duties: We are now looking for an employee who can work as needed. Work shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays. Job duties include sales, café operations, cash handling and customer service, as well as bingo calling. For us, it is important that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will receive training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently on your shifts. Qualifications: We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resilient, with good Swedish language skills in speech and writing. It is a merit if you speak additional languages, but it is not required. An advantage is if you have a good head for numbers and are a quick learner. Since we have age restrictions for our guests in the bingo hall, the same applies to our employees. You can read more on our website. At BingoRingen in Eskilstuna, we work during our shifts ourselves, which is why it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see this as a merit, but the greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
