Today we operate several bingo halls throughout Sweden, with our head office located in Karlstad. Job Description: We are now seeking an employee who can work as needed on an as-needed basis. Work shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays. Responsibilities include sales, café operations, cash handling, customer service, and game calling. For us, it is important that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will receive training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during your shifts. Qualifications: We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, with good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. It is a merit if you speak multiple languages, but not required. A plus is if you have a good sense for numbers and are a quick learner. Since we have age requirements for our bingo hall guests, the same applies to our employees. You can read more on our website. At BingoRingen in Söderhamn, we work during shifts ourselves, so it is important that you can work independently and take own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as a merit, but greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
