Today we operate multiple bingo halls throughout Sweden, and our headquarters is located in Karlstad. Job Responsibilities: We are now looking for an employee who can work extra shifts as needed. Work shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays. Job responsibilities include sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. Since we have age requirements for our bingo hall guests, the same applies to our employees. You can read more on our website. For us, it is important that customers are in focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will receive training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during your shifts. Required Qualifications: We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resilient, as well as have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is a merit if you can speak multiple languages, but it is not required. A plus is if you have a good sense of numbers and are a quick learner. At BingoRingen in Skövde, we work during shifts ourselves, and therefore it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as a merit, but the greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
