About the position
As a BIM strategy and business development specialist for model-based work, you will play a central role in ensuring that new IT solutions truly meet operational needs and that processes, information, and systems are aligned in a sustainable long-term holistic perspective.
The role spans both strategic and operational levels where you will work broadly, shift perspectives, and make a difference across multiple levels of the organization. In your role, you will work closely with the business operations and be a cohesive and driving force for the division's digitalization efforts. Key collaboration partners include other parts of the Grid Division working with information management, project work and maintenance, as well as Svenska kraftnät's IT Division.
On behalf of the Grid Division, you will be the cohesive force in the work towards model-based work and CAD support, connecting needs related to model-based work from engineering, facility projects, and operations with Svenska kraftnät's and the Grid Division's digitalization strategies. You will be an active part of the division's strategic and operational work towards the vision of an efficient and uninterrupted information flow throughout the facility's entire lifecycle.
You will work in close collaboration with, among others, the Grid Division's business architects and operations and development managers. You will also be part of the staff for the Control Systems department and report directly to the department head.

We are looking for someone with a degree as a civil engineer or systems scientist, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät considers equivalent.
Other requirements for the position
At least 8 years of experience working at the intersection of IT and business, such as leading and driving work with needs analysis, requirement analysis, and recommendations for IT solutions.
At least 2 years of experience working with IT, information, or business architecture.
At least 3 years of experience leading or managing business development projects within larger organizations where the results involved IT support and new ways of working.
Meritorious for the position:
Certification in business or IT architecture, TOGAF Foundation, Sparx EA, or equivalent framework or tool.
Experience with IT operations such as Pm3's operations governance model or DAMA for information management.
Experience with project work in the planning and design phase within infrastructure or real estate sectors.
2 years of experience with project work in the construction phase within infrastructure or real estate sectors.

The position is located in Sundbyberg/Stockholm.
Possibility of remote work up to 50%, if the work allows. #LI-hybrid.
