Car Service Shop Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor

Experienced Auto Mechanic/Automotive Technician Wanted We are now looking for a driven and curious mechanic for our workshop. We believe that you who are applying are technically skilled, communicative, and naturally take pride in your professional work. When working as an auto mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The position involves servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of cars and light commercial vehicles of most makes. Qualifications To be a suitable candidate for this role, we see that you have: • A passionate interest in technology and automotive mechanics • Documented relevant education • Documented experience working as an automotive mechanic • Good administrative ability and computer skills • Strong communication skills • Good customer service skills You are flexible and organized in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork abilities, and can also work under time pressure. You learn new instructions easily and we see it as self-evident that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service. A minimum Category B driver's license is required. This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by permanent employment and individual salary determination. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
