Exion Wash & Recond operates a complete car care facility at Bredasten in Värnamo with a Swan-certified tunnel wash, reconditioning, tire shop, and tire storage. We are a smaller company with short decision-making processes and big ambitions. Our business is growing and we are currently building a new wash facility in Jönköping.
About the Position
We are looking for a practical and responsible team member for our Värnamo facility.
This is primarily hands-on work where you work with tunnel washing, reconditioning, tire service, and customer interactions. The role also involves helping to keep daily operations running smoothly, prioritizing work, and ensuring the facility functions properly.
You will work closely with the company manager, who has overall responsibility for operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Operation and maintenance of the tunnel wash
Interior and exterior car care and reconditioning
Wheel changes, tire mounting, balancing, and tire service
Check-in and check-out for the tire storage
Customer reception, consultation, and sales
Basic administrative tasks in our systems
Prioritizing today's work and solving practical problems
Keeping the facility clean, organized, and well-functioning
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with several years of work experience and who is used to taking responsibility in a workplace.
You don't need to have worked with tires or car care before. We will teach you what you need to know. However, we want you to be practical, comfortable with tools and machines, and good at solving problems that arise.
You enjoy customer contact and like sales. You are good at listening to customers, seeing what they need, and recommending the right service.

Requirements
Class B driver's license
Several years of work experience
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Basic computer skills
Experience in management, sales, tires, car care, workshop work, or other practical work is a plus. A forklift certificate is also an asset.

Working hours are primarily weekdays from 07:00–16:00.
