About the Role As a vehicle reconditioning specialist, you are responsible for ensuring our cars are clean, fresh, and presentable for photography, sales, and delivery. The work is hands-on and varied. You work both independently and together with colleagues at a fast pace where quality and attention to detail are always in focus. Main Responsibilities You will work with: Polishing vehicles Interior and exterior washing Maintaining order and structure in the reconditioning department Vacuuming, steam cleaning, and stain removal Deep cleaning of interior, upholstery, and details Assisting with other tasks as needed Conditioning incoming cars for photography and sales Conditioning sold cars to ensure high quality before delivery Collaborating with photo, logistics, and sales to create the best possible customer experience Ensuring every car meets Bilsmidigt's quality standards before photography and delivery What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (Category B) Eye for detail Meticulous and quality-conscious Stress-resistant and able to prioritize your work Punctual, responsible, and organized Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Comfortable with hands-on work and a fast work pace Access to your own vehicle, as the workplace lacks good public transportation Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
