About the Role As a car reconditioning specialist, you are responsible for ensuring our cars are clean, fresh, and presentable for photography, sale, and delivery. The work is practical and varied. You work both independently and together with colleagues at a fast pace where quality and attention to detail are always the focus. Job Responsibilities You will work with: - Interior and exterior car washing - Vacuuming, cleaning, and reconditioning of interiors - Window cleaning, plastic treatment, and basic reconditioning - Preparing cars for photography and delivery - Checking that the car meets the correct quality standards before moving forward in the process - Maintaining order in the wash bay and work area - Helping with other tasks as needed We're Looking for Someone Who - Is careful and takes pride in delivering high quality - Has a strong work ethic and thrives at a fast pace - Is punctual, responsible, and reliable - Can handle physical work - Can work independently and follow instructions - Has an interest in cars or car care - Holds a manual class B driver's license - Has access to your own car Previous experience in car reconditioning or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
