This position is a temporary assignment with an indefinite duration, starting September 1st or by agreement. The scope and structure of the position may be adjusted based on seasonal business needs in Sälen during December–April. The role involves working evenings and weekends. Job Responsibilities As a car rental agent for Europcar in Mora, you will assist customers who visit or contact us regarding car rentals. You will process bookings, prepare vehicles, handle payments, and manage administration. This is a varied role where you work closely with customers to deliver top-notch service. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is driven, engaged, and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, along with the ability to independently organize and prioritize your work. You have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You should thrive in an independent role with a fast pace. We seek someone with at least a couple of years of experience in service roles, preferably within our industry. You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Completed upper secondary education and a Class B driver's license are required.
