About TEED Group TEED Maintenance & Tires AB is part of the TEED Group. TEED Group is a growing company in northern Norrbotten with operations in the automotive industry. Our business is built on four pillars: car rental, used vehicle sales, workshop services, and retail of spare parts, accessories, and consumables. We focus on passenger and commercial vehicles, offering a complete solution for both private individuals and companies – from car rentals and vehicle purchases to service, repair, and vehicle care. Car rental, our largest business area, currently operates in Kiruna, Gällivare, and soon in Pajala. Vehicle sales and workshop services are based in Kiruna, and in 2026 we're taking the next step by establishing a store and workshop in Pajala. Within the near future, we'll also open another workshop somewhere in Norrbotten. Today we have approximately 20 employees – mechanics, sales staff, shop and customer service personnel, and dedicated operations developers and field sales representatives, all passionate about vehicles and customer satisfaction. With us, you'll meet knowledgeable staff, short decision-making processes, and a genuine desire to help. We have collective agreements and work long-term with both employees and customer relationships. About the Position Our workshop in Kiruna is expanding, and we're looking for an additional mechanic for the team. Here you'll work in an established workshop with varied tasks on passenger and commercial vehicles, from service and diagnostics to major repairs. You'll work closely with our customer reception team who plan the day's jobs. Your Responsibilities • Service and maintenance of passenger and commercial vehicles • Troubleshooting and diagnostics • Repairs of mechanical and electrical systems • Tire and wheel changes and wheel alignments • Documentation of completed work in our workshop system • Close collaboration with the customer reception team regarding scheduling and customer feedback We're Looking for Someone Who Has • Documented experience as a mechanic, with focus on passenger and/or commercial vehicles • Automotive technical secondary education or equivalent knowledge • B-class driving license (required) • A thorough and independent work style with a service mindset Meritorious: experience with diagnostic tools, AC certification, welding experience, and experience with light commercial vehicles.
