About TEED Group TEED Maintenance & Tires AB is part of the TEED Group. TEED Group is a growing company in northern Norrbotten operating in the automotive sector. Our business is built on four pillars: car rentals, used vehicle sales, auto repair shop, and retail sales of spare parts, accessories, and consumables. We focus on passenger and commercial vehicles, offering a complete solution for both private individuals and businesses – from car rentals and vehicle purchases to service, repair, and vehicle care. Our car rental division, which is our largest operation, is currently located in Kiruna, Gällivare, and soon in Pajala. Vehicle sales and the workshop are based in Kiruna, and in 2026 we are taking the next step by establishing a shop and workshop in Pajala. Within the near future, we will also open an additional workshop somewhere in Norrbotten. Today we have approximately 20 employees – mechanics, salespeople, shop and customer service staff, as well as dedicated operations developers and field salespeople who are all passionate about vehicles and satisfied customers. With us, you'll meet knowledgeable staff, short decision-making processes, and a genuine desire to help. We have collective agreements and work long-term with both employees and customer relationships. About the Position In September, the workshop in Pajala opens, and we're now looking for a mechanic who wants to be part of the startup. You'll get varied work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs of passenger and commercial vehicles, working closely with our Kiruna workshop and with the customer service team in Pajala who schedule the day's jobs. You'll be a key person in building up the operation and will have great opportunity to influence working methods and routines. Your Responsibilities • Service and maintenance of passenger and commercial vehicles • Troubleshooting and diagnostics • Repairs of mechanical and electrical systems • Tire and wheel changes and wheel alignment • Documentation of completed work in our workshop system • Close collaboration with the customer service team in Pajala and the workshop in Kiruna What We're Looking For • Documented experience as a mechanic, specializing in passenger and/or commercial vehicles • Automotive technical secondary education or equivalent knowledge • Category B driver's license (required) • Careful and independent work style with a sense of service Meritorious: experience with diagnostic tools, AC certification, welding experience, and experience with light commercial vehicles.
