You will work with As an automotive painter, you are responsible for performing preparatory work, painting, and finishing according to the workshop's procedures and manufacturer instructions. You work closely with the damage and sheet metal team as well as customer reception to ensure efficient workflows, correct color selection, and that vehicles are returned in a professional and customer-friendly condition. Prepare surfaces through sanding, priming, masking, and degreasing before painting Mix and match colors and adjust spray guns for optimal application Perform spray painting, clear coating, and finishing according to specifications Check quality and finish and address any deviations before delivery Collaborate with body shop and metal workers to ensure correct work orders and schedules Document completed work in the workshop system (Cabas & CabPlan) and track time and materials Ensure that workplace and safety procedures are followed, including handling of chemicals and protective equipment Participate in continuous improvement work for the workshop's processes and quality Your profile – Experienced, thorough, and quality-conscious We are looking for you with several years of experience in automotive painting in a workshop environment. You are self-driven, produce high-quality finishes in your work, and have a good understanding of paint technology and painting processes. As a colleague, you contribute to a positive and supportive work climate and can prioritize to meet delivery schedules without compromising quality. Several years of experience as an automotive painter or equivalent in the automotive industry, Experience with plastic repairs is a merit.
